A D's Birthday!!

A D, who likes Halloween as much as I do, decided to celebrate his birthday with a full “halloweene” day.
First brunch @ Deleece which was delicious. Afterwards we went pumpkin shopping and later on carving.

My first carving pumpkin experience was AWESOME, SO MUCH FUN!! A little bit disgusting and not as easy as I thought but really, really cool.

At night we went to the Statesville Haunted Prison, which is about an hour south of Chicago. Literally in the middle of nowhere.
The place was crazy, Scary, creepy, interesting and very cool.

We ended the night eating A D’s favorite pizza and a yummy German chocolate cake that his roommate baked specially for him!!
It was a really cool day!!
